Welcome to Free Gift Zone! By downloading, installing, and using our app (“Free Gift Zone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Account
Users can create accounts through Google authentication or by providing an email address and setting a password. We take your privacy seriously, and we store this information securely. If you forget your password, a reset option is available within the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Collection of Data
To improve our app and provide a better user experience, we collect certain information from users:
- Personal Information: We collect users’ names and email addresses as part of the registration process. This information is gathered using Firebase Authentication (either Google or Email-based).
- Device and Location Information: We collect data such as IP address and notification permissions. The IP address helps us better serve localized content and advertisements.
- In-App Permissions: To provide certain features, we may ask for notification permission, which allows us to notify you of any updates, offers, or activities within the app. We also use the in-built alarm clock for reminders, based on your preferences.
We use Google Analytics to collect data on how users interact with our app. This data helps us to improve the app experience. Google AdMob and PubScale are used to show advertisements, and these services may collect data to help display relevant ads.
Offerwall, Surveys, Video Ads, and Games
Free Gift Zone provides opportunities to earn in-app currency or points through Offerwall, surveys, watching video ads, and playing games. We collaborate with third-party providers such as PubScale, BitLabs, CPX Survey, and Gamezop to provide these opportunities.
Giveaways
From time to time, we may offer giveaways, such as Google Play gift cards, Free Fire gift cards, or others, as promotional activities. These giveaways are purchased by us and are not affiliated or endorsed by any other entity. Users can use their in-app currency to redeem these gift cards. The options for redemption will be listed within the app.
User Obligations
Users must not engage in activities that:
- Manipulate the Offerwall or attempt to bypass systems using automated scripts or bots.
- Interfere with the normal operations of the app.
- Include fraudulent activities to earn in-app points.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of the account at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the app are owned exclusively by Free Gift Zone. This includes text, graphics, logos, images, and software. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Free Gift Zone is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages that may arise from the use of our app. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the app after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
